3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of trip, expense, and account data you enter.
• You are responsible for backing up or exporting any information you consider important.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of TravelBean complies with employer, tax, and regulatory requirements.

4. Data, Exchange Rates, and Availability

• TravelBean stores your records locally on your device.
• Exchange-rate information may come from third-party sources and can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.
• TravelBean is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time.

5. No Professional Advice

TravelBean is a productivity tool and does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. You should confirm important financial outcomes with a qualified professional when needed.

6. Intellectual Property

TravelBean, its branding, design, and related content remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

7. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms end automatically if you violate them. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelBean and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the app.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), unless a different governing law is required by applicable consumer protection rules.
